Situated near the Peel-Harvey Estuary, which boasts an abundance of wildlife and migratory waterbirds, guests will also be a short drive to fantastic beaches, including Halls Head Beach, which has a large resident dolphin population, and the rugged beauty of Yalgorup National Park.
If you’re searching for Mandurah accommodation, the park has a great range of options to suit all budgets. Whether you’re travelling in a large group, as a couple, or on your own, you can relax under the big shady trees and enjoy well-appointed chalets and cabins or your own powered caravan or camping sites.
Our three bedroom cabins can accommodate up to six people. They’re fully self-contained and include a king bed, double bed and two single beds. There’s also a spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area as well as private outdoor areas and BBQs to use.
The two bedroom cabins also sleep up to six people with a queen bed and two sets of bunks, whilst the ensuite cabins include a deck area, inside lounge and two queen beds, sleeping four people in total. Then there’s the outdoor ensuite cabins, which also sleep four people and have an outdoor private ensuite. The two bedroom cabins sleep up to five people and have an outdoor lounge. If you’re travelling as a couple, you might want to consider booking a one room chalet.
If you’re travelling with a caravan or tent there is also a selection of large and standard private ensuite sites, through to powered caravan sites and grassed camping sites.
There is a coffee area, vending machines and a book nook swap and go for guests to enjoy, and essential goods are available at the onsite kiosk or guests can shop for gifts in our gift shop "Caravan Kitsch". The kids can also enjoy the heated pool and waterslide, the playground, the pedal carts and the jumping pillow.
Pedal karts, giant outdoor games, totem tennis and bocce is also available for hire. During our events season we have afternoon entertainment and a Happy Hour Bar open serving local wines cider and craft beer.
The boat ramp is nearby, and the camp kitchen and BBQ gazebo offer the perfect spot for communal cooking, so you can cook up the fruits of your fishing labours, and there’s even a herb garden guests can enjoy.
